This is the first in a series of events that will occur on the third Sunday of every month. Food for our week events will engage our members in meal prep, discover different recipes and whole, delicious foods with accessible, simple cooking. Join us to learn how we can plan and make meals that work with our schedules, for our health, and that we enjoy.
Members will leave these events with at least 12 prepared meal servings that they will be able to prepare in simple steps.
Please RSVP early so we may plan time slots necessary for these Sunday events based on the number of attendees.
Time slots will be determined the week prior to each event once we know how many will be attending.
